At Stebbing Green Day Nursery, we are very proud of our team. We all know, a stable workforce is extremely important to ensure care provided is of consistent high quality. We have a very high percentage of long-term serving staff, and a healthy mix of young and mature members of staff. The team is like a family for us, the staff are passionate about what they do, and it shows each day by working alongside them.

Terri: Nursery Manager

My Name is Terri, and I am very proud to have been the Manager at Stebbing Green Day Nursery Since November 2018.

My Career In childcare began in 2000, when I left school to become a nursery apprentice at a large nursery. It was my first full time job and I quickly realise this is what I'd like to build my life career on. I was so fascinated by watching, interacting, and learning from such a variety of personalities and characters already developing at a young age, that I suddenly became aware of my responsibility and the impact I could have on these little people’s lives and experiences whilst they were in my care.
